Budgets for performance tend to be fairly modest, as the performance is highly portable. Budgets for installation and other productions from the database vary depending on the form of the subsequent works. Installations can require considerable hardware, technical expertise, and maintenance, as well as training of on-site personnel. I try to tailor an installation to its venue. In some cases, generation and exhibition of computer prints may be the most appropriate continuation the performance. It is certainly the least expensive.
